Pumpkin and Nut Muffins with Brown Butter Frosting

Week 13, recipe 12
 ~ Pumpkin and Nut Muffins with Brown Butter Frosting

Yum.  We called them (& served them as) Cupcakes.  I rushed the frosting butter, so it did not brown properly, but it was good anyway!  =)  We served them at Papa & Grandma's 36th wedding anniversary/night before Thanksgiving Dinner.

Notes: 
~I substituted organic white flour for whole wheat.
~Next time I would cut the vanilla a bit in the frosting...it was a little strong and add a pinch of salt to the muffins
